Teams at Cast Finance

Manage accounting operations and portfolios for multiple business Members. Prepare accurate financial reports, maintain audit-ready books, reconcile accounts, track assets and liabilities, manage tax and audit documentation, support budgeting and forecasting, explain financial insights, recommend accounting automation, and mentor junior accountants. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, QuickBooks Online expertise, Excel skills, and experience in multi-client accounting environments.

Maintains financial records for assigned client accounts, performs month-end close, reconciliations, AP, AR, sales tax, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting. The role investigates discrepancies, supports audits, improves accounting workflows, and communicates financial insights to clients. Candidates need accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, client-management experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel, project management tools, and AI assistants.
