Lead daily operations of an assisted living community, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff hiring and development, support sales and occupancy goals, build community relationships, and participate in long-range strategic planning to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Provide front-desk customer service: greet visitors, answer and route calls, handle mail/packages, perform basic word-processing and data entry, complete move-in/move-out and census paperwork, give tours, assist dining and escort residents, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Must be dependable and available for on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests. On-call shifts may include weekends and holidays.
