Support the nursing team by assisting with resident care and comfort, documenting services and incidents, responding to help cords, completing duties with minimal supervision, and pursuing employer-paid QMAP certification.

Provide direct clinical care to senior residents on a PRN/on-call basis: administer medications and treatments, monitor resident condition, document care in electronic systems, manage supplies and equipment, and communicate significant changes to clinicians and families.

Provide high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) to older adults and others; develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. Positions available full- and part-time across multiple clinic and long-term care locations; some roles float between sites.
