Manage bi-weekly payroll for more than 5,000 employees across multiple legal entities using UKG. Supervise and develop six payroll staff, ensure federal, state, and local compliance, oversee tax filings and reconciliations, maintain payroll procedures, perform general ledger entries and year-end processes, support audits, resolve complex inquiries, and lead payroll system and process improvements in partnership with HR and Finance.

Manage caregiver schedules, coordinate new-hire training, assist with interviewing and hiring, and arrange weekend shift coverage. Support adequate staffing and resident care by serving as a staff resource, working with facility leadership and DHS, ordering supplies, and providing caregiver coverage when needed.

Provides compassionate support and scheduled services to senior residents, documents care, completes incident reports, responds to help and pull cords, and assists the nursing team. The employer pays for QMAP certification training. No senior-care experience is required; candidates should be reliable, responsible, customer-service oriented, and interested in becoming a Qualified Medication Administration Person.
