Supports daily processing of assigned client accounts, analyzes freight rates and processed data, verifies carrier invoices against customer rates using CassPort, resolves routine issues, communicates with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and Dutch. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Breda, Netherlands.

Manages managed file transfer software, servers, operating systems, protocols, certificates, and application performance. Troubleshoots transmission issues, outages, and process-flow problems; performs maintenance, patching, scheduling, replication, capacity planning, and security updates. Coordinates with internal teams, business partners, and external trading partners to onboard customers, resolve incidents, document processes, and provide reports. Provides customer communications and on-call incident response support.

Lead and mentor a development team to design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications using the Microsoft stack. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, research emerging technologies, execute test plans, and uphold coding standards while following agile SDLC practices.
