Investigate and resolve fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and customer disputes in collaboration with banks, cyber cells, law enforcement, and internal teams. Prepare regulatory and investigation reports, manage fraud incidents, mitigate losses, and improve dispute processes according to card scheme rules. Monitor emerging threats, support daily operations and escalations, analyze chargeback trends, and educate stakeholders on effective fraud and dispute management.

Create and optimize organic content across the marketing funnel, develop social content strategy, track SEO performance, support product positioning, audit landing page experiences, and monitor competitor positioning. The role combines content marketing, copywriting, UX, SEO, product understanding, analytics, and B2B payment infrastructure research.

Lead risk-based internal audits, evaluate controls, governance and risk management. Manage vendor/third-party risk lifecycle, identify and quantify risks, recommend mitigations, ensure regulatory compliance (RBI/financial sector), communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and track remediation to closure while advising teams on control and risk issues.
