Lead complex technical programs across engineering teams, align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver large-scale platform or infrastructure initiatives. Principal Engineer responsible for designing and developing scalable distributed systems, writing and reviewing high-quality code, leading architectural discussions, managing technical debt, mentoring engineers, and guiding teams toward business-critical goals. The role involves building resilient systems handling over 40 million daily requests, promoting engineering best practices, contributing to open-source technologies, and applying AI, LLMs, agents, and automation to improve engineering workflows.

Provides legal support for contracts, fintech product reviews, regulatory compliance, and business advisory. Drafts and negotiates payment, banking, technology, referral, and vendor agreements; advises stakeholders on payments regulations, privacy, cross-border transactions, and AI governance; manages external counsel; improves legal processes and policies; and mitigates product and contractual risks.
