This role provides legal guidance on contracts and corporate matters, overseeing contract management, advising on tax-exempt requirements, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies for Casey Family Programs.

The Managing Director, Senior Program Counsel provides legal counsel on compliance and risk management, overseeing litigation, privacy, and employment issues, ensuring the foundation's adherence to laws related to children and families.

Provides strategic and tactical HR support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training, HR programs, and reporting. Advises employees and managers, manages investigations and performance reviews, analyzes HR metrics, supports leave and accommodation matters, conducts training, and prepares regulatory reports. The role is full-time onsite in Seattle with occasional travel.
