Lead design and operation of Caseware's AI platform: architect LLM-powered systems, retrieval and agent pipelines, governance and evaluation frameworks, ensure reliability and scalability, run POCs, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-enabled SaaS capabilities.

Provide first-line support for Caseware accounting software via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues, manage high-volume inbound calls and tickets, analyze client workflows, perform minor software testing, document procedures, maintain confidentiality, and explore AI tools to improve support processes.

Lead architecture and delivery of an AI-ready data platform: define enterprise data models, medallion/lakehouse patterns, data governance, observability, secure interoperability, and mentor teams to build production-ready AI data products.
