Caseware Benefits Overview

Supports complex customers evaluating and implementing Caseware solutions. Leads technical presentations, pilots, proofs of concept, solution configuration, migration planning, and AI-powered development discussions. Advises on architecture and customization, translates customer feedback for Product teams, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and helps establish scalable delivery processes. The role is remote, requires Eastern Time availability, and involves up to 10% travel for conferences, events, and onsite workshops.

Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks for web-based SaaS products. Performs functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing; analyzes requirements, identifies risks, documents defects, and improves test coverage and QA processes. Collaborates with developers and product specialists, contributes to user stories and acceptance criteria, mentors junior SDET team members, and promotes quality practices across engineering teams.

Lead the architecture and evolution of Caseware’s Angular design system. Build accessible, reusable components, define design tokens and theming, support module federation, and guide documentation and adoption across teams. Influence architecture through RFCs and reviews, mentor developers, collaborate across product, design, and engineering, and promote AI-assisted development practices. The role also involves evaluating front-end technologies, improving developer experience, and supporting scalable component packaging and distribution.
