Provides administrative and operational support by maintaining office and safety records, managing supplies, mail, workflows, onboarding paperwork, payments, and data updates. Communicates with drivers, customers, and staff, assists with dispatch coverage, and supports training and other operational needs. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, relationship management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Oversees hauling collection and post-collection operations, safety, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgets, fleet maintenance, customer relationships, and process improvement. Leads managers and employees, monitors operating metrics and P&L performance, develops business plans, coordinates with municipal agencies, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company standards.

Prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements, account entries, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, payroll changes, and audit documentation. Supports month-end close, accounts payable tracking, internal controls, reporting improvements, and financial projects while partnering with divisional controllers and operations management. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, accounting knowledge, communication skills, and collaboration.
