Own CaseGuard’s organic search and AI-search visibility through technical, on-page, and content SEO. Build documentation and guides optimized for users, rankings, and AI citations. Conduct SEO and AEO audits, manage structured data, research keywords, monitor prompts, and track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and an SEO platform. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, writers, and video creators to identify high-intent topics and improve content discoverability.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding. The role also involves workforce planning, process improvement, candidate experience, ATS data management, employment-law compliance, and representing the company at recruiting events.
