Ensures adherence to HUD, tax credit, landlord-tenant, fair housing, and company policies while maintaining financial performance and property standards.

Maintains occupancy, handles notices and evictions, supports property inspections, manages records, and ensures adherence to HUD, tax credit, landlord-tenant, and company requirements.

Manages daily operations of an affordable housing property, including leasing, rent collection, resident screening, compliance, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, inspections, reporting, marketing, and resident relations. Ensures regulatory compliance, property upkeep, financial performance, occupancy, recordkeeping, and timely handling of notices, complaints, and evictions. Travel is required for in-person training classes and annual education conferences.
