The role manages approximately 30 requisitions, builds hiring-manager relationships, attends career fairs, supports candidate experience, and travels for occasional classes and conferences.

Oversees resident communications, complaints, evictions, occupancy, retention, financial reporting, records, risk management and property presentation. Requires reliable attendance, occasional travel for training and conferences, and adherence to HUD, tax credit, landlord-tenant and company requirements.
