Associates receive structured training and mentorship in lending products, sales strategy, consultative selling, and the mortgage lifecycle, with a pathway to Business Development Manager and sales leadership roles.

Develops manufactured housing lending business across a multi-state territory by prospecting referral partners, managing retailer and builder relationships, increasing loan volume, and growing market share. The role requires territory planning, pipeline management, partner engagement, financing consultations, sales presentations, and training on products and processes. Frequent travel is required, along with CRM use, market analysis, and independent relationship management.
