Produces recurring and ad-hoc reports and develops Microsoft Power BI dashboards to support process improvements and management decision-making. Maintains data collection protocols, closes maintenance and tool room work orders, supports process documentation, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, and other departments to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
