The Manager of Aging Well Programming leads programs for older adults and long-term survivors affected by HIV, focusing on well-being and community connection.

Manage HRSA BPHC compliance and day-to-day 340B program operations for Prism Health. Maintain compliance plans and policies, oversee annual reporting, liaise with HRSA, chair the Quality Committee, manage split-billing, inventory reconciliation, TPA relationships, develop controls to prevent duplicate discounts/diversion, support audits, and produce compliance and quality reports for leadership and the board.

Provide employment and benefits navigation for people living with HIV; develop and support client goal plans; coordinate with case managers, housing and community partners; create partnerships and culturally appropriate programs; assist clients with employment readiness; present to clients and external partners; travel within the regional service area and perform some evening/weekend work.
