Manages CAP Northwest’s Salesforce environment and integrated fundraising technology ecosystem. Leads CRM administration, system integrations, fundraising data, reporting, gift processing, reconciliation, and workflow optimization. Partners with Advancement and Finance to ensure accurate donor, gift, pledge, campaign, and contributed-revenue records. Supervises an Advancement Associate and supports strategic fundraising operations, donor engagement, and analytics.

Plans and executes major nonprofit fundraising events, including galas, outdoor events, and community fundraisers. Manages corporate sponsorship strategy, prospecting, proposals, negotiations, fulfillment, stewardship, and renewals. Oversees event budgets, revenue goals, forecasting, vendors, contractors, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Guides the evolution of CAP Northwest’s event portfolio to ensure inclusive, mission-aligned community engagement and revenue growth.

Manage HRSA BPHC compliance and day-to-day 340B program operations for Prism Health. Maintain compliance plans and policies, oversee annual reporting, liaise with HRSA, chair the Quality Committee, manage split-billing, inventory reconciliation, TPA relationships, develop controls to prevent duplicate discounts/diversion, support audits, and produce compliance and quality reports for leadership and the board.
