The Staff Accountant supports general accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audits, regulatory reporting, and payroll administration. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, processing bi-weekly payroll through Paycom, auditing deductions and withholdings, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and applicable regulations.

Leads major gift fundraising by managing a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects, developing cultivation and solicitation strategies, securing major and planned gifts, and providing personalized stewardship. Maintains prospect pipelines, prepares proposals and impact reports, collaborates with program and finance teams, represents the organization at community events, and uses Raiser's Edge for portfolio tracking, forecasting, reporting, and donor analytics.

The Outpatient Clinician provides clinical therapy, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Provides clinical therapy and case management for youth with complex mental health needs. Conducts assessments, develops treatment and discharge plans, delivers individual, family, and group therapy, provides crisis intervention, coordinates care with families and community providers, documents services, monitors progress, and maintains regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration, supervision, training, and occasional transportation of youth.
