Lead and build the PMO capability to govern, plan, report and deliver high-stakes cross-functional programmes (notably M&A integrations and carve-outs). Chair governance, manage RAID and change control, align workstreams across Tech, Data, Finance, People and Commercial, surface risks early, and provide senior leadership and Board-ready reporting to drive programmes to successful close.

Own daily operations of the London HQ: front of house, vendor and building management, health & safety, meeting-room and access control, supplies budgeting and ordering, facilities repairs, and ad-hoc admin support for global office initiatives.

Lead end-to-end ML and GenAI projects across a two-sided marketplace: frame problems, prototype, deploy and monitor models (LLMs and classical ML), drive commercial impact, partner cross-functionally, and raise data science standards while mentoring juniors.
