Own the dealer-facing last-mile product: speed up collections, pricing, and Wallet workflows. Lead discovery with dealers, define product strategy, prioritise commercial outcomes, introduce AI-driven improvements, and work cross-functionally to ship solutions that increase engagement, retention and revenue.

Support Marketplace & Operations by creating reports and dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, monitoring KPIs, and identifying automation and process improvements. Collaborate with Account Managers and BDMs to streamline workflows and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Manage end-to-end credit control for an assigned ledger: dunning, collections, cash allocation, and dispute resolution. Maintain accurate NetSuite and Salesforce records, drive process improvements and automation/AI adoption, collaborate cross-territory, and hit DSO and cash collection targets while supporting a fast-changing scale-up environment.
