Own end-to-end product design for major marketplace problem spaces, from discovery through launch and iteration. Prototype rapidly using AI design tools, collaborate closely with engineers, influence product strategy, mentor designers, and raise team-wide design standards. The role requires strong consumer or marketplace product experience, evidence-based decision-making, experimentation, and demonstrated fluency with AI-native design workflows.

Manage a portfolio of automotive dealer partners, building relationships, analyzing performance, recommending improvements, onboarding and training new dealerships, and identifying upsell opportunities. The role requires proactive client communication, consultative problem-solving, stakeholder management, collaboration with Partner Success, and basic data analysis using spreadsheets.

Own Carwow’s privacy and data protection programme as its principal in-house privacy lawyer. Advise Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and commercial teams; manage governance, DPIAs, DSARs, breach response, data contracts, privacy by design, ad tech, AI, regulatory developments and M&A privacy diligence. Support operations across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal while building scalable, commercially pragmatic privacy processes and training.
