Oversee transportation and logistics operations across multiple teams, including route scheduling, warehouse and inventory workflows, safety compliance, staffing, performance management, communication, and employee development. The role manages logistics field operations, may supervise CDL drivers and warehouse teams, and requires flexibility for overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and outdoor physical work.

Oversee daily operations at a vehicle inspection and reconditioning center, leading multiple supervisors and up to 70 associates. Manage production capacity, quality, cost, safety, staffing, training, performance, and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. Develop employees, ensure compliance with operating standards, support strategic objectives, and drive achievement of production and performance metrics.

Stages, receives, organizes, locates, inspects, fuels, and prepares inventory vehicles for transport and delivery. Uses scanning equipment and mobile devices to track vehicle locations, completes inspection reports, maintains lot and workspace areas, and safely operates automatic and manual transmission vehicles. The role requires outdoor work, extensive walking, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and flexibility for variable schedules.
