Owns intake, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of sales process and system changes. Gathers requirements, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, drives projects, manages change adoption, documents SOPs, and identifies automation opportunities to improve sales operations.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes), assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs, document services, maintain a clean and safe shop, participate in training, follow OEM/dealership procedures, and prioritize vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day transportation and site logistics operations, supervise and develop teams (including CDL drivers), review route schedules, ensure DOT compliance and workplace safety, coordinate inventory movement through the warehouse, and support site goals and communication.
