Own forecasting for Carvana’s new car business, including sales, inventory, and GPU models. Lead recurring forecast cycles, analyze pricing and incentive impacts, collect market data, and deliver monthly performance reviews and variance reporting. Partner with Accounting, Financial Reporting, and business leaders to translate financial insights into recommendations. The role requires advanced Excel and SQL, strong financial modeling, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Manage commercial and dealer customer accounts, including communication, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing, inventory reporting, sale preparation, reconciliation, and data entry. Provide sales and customer support, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure compliance with company policies and laws. The role requires administrative or accounting experience, financial literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate multitasking, and the ability to drive various vehicles.

Oversee transportation and logistics operations across an assigned site, coordinating route schedules, inventory movement, warehouse workflows, staffing, safety compliance, and daily execution. Lead and develop employees, including CDL drivers, through coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning. Ensure DOT compliance, effective communication, operational goal alignment, and readiness to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying outdoor conditions.
