Teams at Carvana

Partners with business leaders on talent strategy, performance management, employee development, organizational design, engagement, coaching, and change management. Designs and leads talent initiatives, evaluates workforce needs, tracks talent metrics, improves employee experiences, and collaborates with People Operations teams. The role is fully onsite at headquarters and requires 25–35% travel to field locations.

Oversee product roadmap and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyze data to drive product improvements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Oversees transportation and logistics operations at a field location, including route scheduling, inventory movement, warehouse workflows, safety compliance, staffing, performance management, and team development. Coordinates with site leaders and planning teams to resolve operational issues, maintain workplace standards, and meet business objectives. The role also supervises transportation personnel, including CDL drivers, and requires loader certification and physical work in varied outdoor and warehouse conditions.
