Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade voice AI systems. Own end-to-end deployments across cloud, VPC, and on-prem environments, troubleshoot integrations and performance, prototype scalable solutions, and translate customer needs into platform improvements.

Provide technical, post-sales support for Cartesia's AI platform: triage and resolve API/SDK/integration issues, reproduce bugs, write runbooks and guides, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve reliability and customer experience.

Lead and grow a data team responsible for web-scale multimodal data infrastructure, SOTA pre-training datasets, and data-centric modeling; set technical direction, partner with research, and hire and mentor engineers and researchers.
