The Strategic Partnerships Manager will focus on developing significant relationships with enterprise tech partners to drive revenue growth and success for Cartesia through various initiatives and strategic planning.

Design, scale, and operate a global human-in-the-loop evaluation workforce. Own hiring pipelines, vendor strategy, workforce planning, QA, throughput and SLA tracking, inter-rater reliability, escalation and retraining workflows, and partner with product, engineering, and data teams to enable large-scale evaluation and clean data production.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, drive pipeline generation, and build relationships with mid-market accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
