The Sales Associate assists customers in finding vehicles, guides them through the sales process, and ensures a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating test drives, providing vehicle information, maintaining the showroom, and staying updated on inventory.

Engage internet customers via phone, text, email, and video to build rapport, set and confirm showroom appointments, follow up with leads, collaborate with sales managers, and track daily performance metrics to drive dealership sales.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles, coordinate test drives, explain features and basic financing, maintain showroom, track interactions, and collaborate with team to deliver a positive sales experience.
