Manages office operations for a construction materials department, including order processing, pricing accuracy, sales and inventory tracking, employee direction, customer support, and system maintenance. Provides training and assistance with data and information systems, develops usage procedures, resolves system issues, and ensures backups are maintained.

Supports outside sales representatives and contractor customers by providing product advice, preparing estimates and material take-offs, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, monitoring inventory, and maintaining communication. Reviews blueprints and construction documents to determine material requirements and supports sales and profit goals. The role also involves customer service, policy compliance, teamwork, training, and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
