Hospitalist role for Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to provide inpatient care at a 303-bed regional referral teaching hospital. Schedule: 14 shifts/month, no call, closed ICU, optional procedures. Compensation includes guaranteed $277,000 salary, wRVU productivity bonus, group incentives, CME allowance, paid malpractice (including tail), employer-funded retirement, and internal moonlighting opportunities.

Provide direct critical care nursing in the Surgical ICU using the nursing process: delegate and supervise patient care staff, coordinate care for a patient group, and consult with the healthcare team.
