Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes Cisco network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VoIP, and hybrid cloud environments. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, supports network security standards, manages lifecycle activities, documents systems, and collaborates with cybersecurity and technical services teams. Participates in on-call rotations and provides infrastructure support during critical incidents.

Manages blood drive sponsor accounts across the Fort Worth Southwest territory. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining sponsors, conducting sales calls, coordinating and supporting blood drive events, educating account coordinators, maintaining accurate CRM records, meeting collection goals, and developing donor recruitment strategies. The role requires customer relationship management, presentations, cold calling, varied scheduling, regular travel, and collaboration with employees, volunteers, donors, and sponsors.

Designs, implements, administers, and facilitates employee learning and development programs. Assesses training needs, creates instructional content, delivers classroom and virtual training, administers the LMS, and coordinates learning projects. Partners with HR, leadership, and department heads to support employee engagement, process improvement, and organizational performance. Requires strong instructional design, facilitation, collaboration, project planning, communication, and technology skills.
