Originates and manages SBA 7(a) loans, develops small-business borrower pipelines across the Southeast, structures credit requests, and manages relationships from prospecting through portfolio servicing. Partners with underwriting and closing teams, ensures SBA and internal credit compliance, monitors asset quality, and supports workouts. The role requires SBA lending production experience, established referral networks, relationship-building and negotiation skills, loan structuring knowledge, loan origination system proficiency, and occasional travel.

Serves as the first point of contact for bank customers, processing transactions, servicing accounts, opening products, resolving basic issues, and referring customers to appropriate partners. Builds customer relationships, identifies financial needs, promotes banking products, meets sales goals, follows compliance procedures, supports branch operations, and participates in training and community events.
