Teams at Carta

Own the success, health, retention, and expansion of approximately 600 EMEA SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. Build consultative customer relationships, drive Carta adoption, prepare renewals and executive business reviews, use AI and customer success platforms to scale engagement, and surface customer insights internally. Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, RevOps, and R&D while managing projects autonomously and navigating challenging customer conversations.

Own end-to-end billing accuracy, client invoicing, collections, billing issue resolution, accrued revenue postings, reconciliations, month-end close, and revenue recognition analysis. Partner cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, delivery, deal desk, and accounts receivable teams. Improve billing processes through AI-enabled tools while serving as a client billing contact.

Supports treasury and payment operations by resolving payment exceptions, approving outgoing payment batches, managing specialized disbursements, administering bank portal controls, monitoring banking data and credit limits, reconciling transactions, auditing bank fees, and executing liquidity transfers. The role collaborates with Support, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and banking partners while improving processes, documentation, and controls.
