Leads evening nursing operations across skilled nursing and assisted living, supporting the Director of Nursing with staffing, supervision, quality assurance, infection control, regulatory compliance, care planning, resident and family communication, and staff development. The role oversees nursing care, medication administration, treatments, documentation, inspections, incident reporting, and interdisciplinary coordination while participating in on-call and manager-on-duty rotations.

Maintains a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff by conducting safety rounds, responding to emergencies and alarms, monitoring emergency and surveillance systems, identifying hazards, supporting fire drills and preparedness activities, documenting incidents, and transporting residents or staff on campus. The part-time role works alternating weekends on overnight shifts and requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and preferably one year of safety experience.

The Human Resources Manager administers benefits, leave, HRIS processes, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation reviews, and HR reporting. The role advises managers, supports investigations and unemployment claims, maintains personnel records, coordinates recognition and wellness initiatives, and contributes to policy development and workforce planning. This hybrid position works Monday through Friday at a senior living community and requires collaboration with employees, managers, residents, families, vendors, and regulators.
