Leads sales and occupancy growth for a senior living community by developing sales strategies, managing leads through move-in, conducting tours, building referral relationships, supporting marketing, monitoring performance metrics, and leading the sales team. Coordinates resident transitions, manages applications and occupancy records, and represents the community at outreach and networking events.

Oversee daily office operations, lead Office Assistant and Concierge teams, and provide administrative support to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, hiring, training, office systems, supplies, policies, vendor documentation, budgets, invoices, billing support, reporting, resident inquiries, community events, and operational projects.

Provides person-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing health care center. The LPN works collaboratively with healthcare professionals, supports older adults, and delivers compassionate care during overnight shifts, including varying weekdays and every other weekend.
