Sell construction equipment and concrete-forming supplies to contractors in the Auburndale and Polk County markets. Build and grow customer accounts, identify sales opportunities, maintain contractor relationships, and work independently in the field. The role requires strong communication, organization, motivation, teamwork, and relationship-building skills. Construction, building materials, civil, paving, tilt-up construction, and existing contractor relationships are preferred but not required.

Sell tilt-wall construction materials, forming and lifting systems, rebar, concrete accessories, rental equipment, and panel engineering services. Prospect and grow accounts, generate quotes, negotiate pricing, visit jobsites, collaborate with estimating/engineering/operations, and maintain a sales pipeline to meet sales and gross profit targets.

Processes vendor invoices, matches them with purchase orders and receiving documents, obtains approvals, and prepares check and electronic payment runs. Reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor and payment records, responds to inquiries, and assists with month-end closing, reporting, and accounting projects while supporting more than 40 branch locations.
