Receive, review, and monitor loan modification collateral; ensure timely delivery and compliance with HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae requirements; coordinate with vendors, Collateral Department, and custodian; assist clearing title issues for Partial Claims; serve as witness to documents and provide reporting to management.

Provide administrative and loan-processing support to assigned Account Executives and TPO sales management.
