Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Analyzes and reconciles mortgage collateral documentation, reports, inventories, exceptions, and file locations across custodians. Resolves documentation issues, manages assigned collateral pipelines, supports certifications and repooling, prepares management reporting, tracks collateral movement, and coordinates with custodians, vendors, and clients. The role also supports process training, audits, risk mitigation, and maintenance of collateral procedures and documentation.

Develops and maintains mortgage broker and seller relationships to generate wholesale and correspondent loan business. Identifies and approves new partners, explains loan programs and policies, supports submissions, trains partners on online systems, manages the loan pipeline, and coordinates with underwriting, processing, closing, and funding teams to ensure timely transactions and regulatory compliance.
