Teams at Carrier

Provide technical sales support and proposals for heat source equipment (mainly for data centers). Perform load calculations, equipment selection, running-cost estimates, noise impact analysis, custom specification design, and collaborate with sales, service, and project teams on hyperscale data center projects.

Analyze spend for inflation/deflation at category and part level; manage project status with manager and VA team; coordinate with Asia category team to update KPIs (dual sourcing, payment terms, one-time payments); prepare management presentations; monitor project performance with data-driven reporting.

Manage construction site activities including construction management, on-site surveys, and preparation of cost estimates. Coordinate field work and draft project quotations.
