Manage global corporate governance and secretarial functions, including entity formations/dissolutions, maintenance of corporate records, GEMS administration, SOX certification support, and Board/committee administration. Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, Controllership, Internal Audit, and Business Development to prepare corporate documents, respond to KYC and banking requests, and support acquisitions, divestitures, and SEC filing logistics.

Support application engineers by planning, programming, testing, and commissioning BMS, FAS, and security systems on project sites. Assist with system setup, troubleshooting, documentation (OSE, O&M), and on-site supervision while developing HVAC and energy management knowledge.

Lead global FP&A for the Container business: drive annual and long-range planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, cash and working capital forecasting, pricing and margin initiatives, financial modeling, automation of reporting, and lead an FP&A COE team to support growth and margin improvement.
