Designs HVAC systems, selects equipment, estimates heat loads, and provides technical support to consultants and key accounts. Develops customer relationships to secure specifications for commercial projects, communicates air-conditioning codes and standards, supports new product marketing, maintains records, conducts training, represents the company at industry events, and liaises with regulatory authorities on updates and submissions.

Lead B2B sales for commercial HVAC equipment (multi air conditioners, chillers). Perform proposals, negotiations, customer visits, price and delivery coordination, product briefings, estimates, exhibition support, design collaboration, prospect/credit/delivery management, and market and competitor analysis.

Manage supplier performance and procurement strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality. Negotiate supplier agreements for raw materials, identify and deliver cost savings, support working capital and creditor targets, control expenditures, run procurement projects, and ensure EHS approvals and risk mitigation for new products and processes.
