Design, program, document, test, and commission building automation systems (BAS). Develop control sequences and user interfaces using WebCTRL and Eikon, integrate third-party protocols, support sales and project teams, create RFIs, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with safety, customer specifications, and company standards.

Responsible for aftermarket service sales of commercial HVAC equipment to existing customers in the Kansai region. Propose maintenance contracts, repair and upgrade solutions, handle proposals, negotiations, estimates, inspection reports, and credit/prospect management. Coordinate with internal service and installation engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to factories, hospitals, commercial and public facilities, schools, office buildings, and data centers.

Leads engineer-to-order product programs from planning through mass production, including order target setting, KPI development, sales coordination, investment planning, customer negotiations, co-creation initiatives, market requirements, and engineering support. Manages the sales and planning team while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to commercialize customized products.
