Provide technical sales support for commercial HVAC equipment and parts: configure, price, and quote solutions; assist account/sales managers; complete bids, submittals, and take-offs; follow up to close sales; train dealers; resolve customer issues; identify growth opportunities; and travel as needed to support presentations and trade shows.

Sell and specify commercial and light-commercial HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, architects, and owners. Prospect and grow territory, perform take-offs, prepare estimates and proposals, provide technical training, attend trade shows, and support customers with product application and specification.

Manage regional inventory accuracy and cycle counts, investigate and reconcile variances, execute adjustments, administer physical inventories, handle claims/credits/rebills, support damaged and non-stock inventory resolution, oversee powered equipment fleet and safety/compliance programs, and drive process improvements and training to increase operational efficiency.
