Oversee sales, profitability, customer service, and operations across multiple wholesale HVAC branches. Develop market strategies, improve branch processes, conduct business reviews using BI tools, and coach branch managers and sales teams. Lead recruiting, training, performance management, and leadership development while ensuring sales and EBIT targets are met. Build strong relationships with dealers, vendors, employees, and colleagues, and identify opportunities to increase market share and operational effectiveness.

Manages commercial HVAC controls support for Carrier dealers and contractors. Provides technical guidance, prepares submittals, supports system startups, troubleshoots i-Vu controls, conducts training, maintains technician certifications, supports product rollouts, recruits authorized contractors, and coordinates between the factory and customers. The role travels throughout assigned regions to expand commercial controls adoption and resolve customer issues.

Drive sales and margin growth for residential and light commercial HVAC products by developing new business, managing customer relationships, expanding established accounts, and improving retention. The role uses CRM analytics, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to create data-driven sales strategies. The Account Executive will spend up to 80% of their time in the field and work with HVAC dealers and contractors across assigned markets.
