Supports funeral and memorial services by greeting and directing families and guests, escorting visitors, answering questions, distributing materials, arranging flowers and refreshments, and preparing public spaces. Represents the funeral home with professionalism, empathy, tact, and integrity. Requires physical activity, lifting up to 100 pounds, exposure to outdoor conditions and potential bloodborne pathogens, safe work practices, and the ability to drive a company vehicle with an insurable driving record.

Oversee all funeral home and cemetery operations, including memorial services, burials, cremations, staffing, financial planning, compliance, facilities, suppliers, and capital expenditures. Coach department heads, monitor client-family satisfaction and financial performance, develop local marketing initiatives, sponsor community events, and build relationships with community leaders. Ensure permits, inspections, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements remain current while supporting business growth and service quality.

Oversee day-to-day funeral home and cemetery operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage finances and vendor relationships, coach staff, develop marketing and community outreach, maintain facilities, and support grieving families through services, burials, and cremations.
