Oversee all operations of a stand-alone cemetery, including financial performance, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, facility and grounds standards, marketing, sales growth, and talent development. The Managing Partner leads staff, builds community relationships, manages P&L and capital expenditures, ensures permits remain current, and delivers professional service to client families. The role may lead to a future ownership stake.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for funeral home, cemetery, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include defining hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, posting jobs, maintaining applicant tracking records, coordinating interviews and hiring events, supporting offers and background checks, communicating with candidates, building talent pipelines, and improving recruiting processes.

Provides Level 2 desktop support across enterprise business units, including incident management, asset and access management, CMDB administration, hardware and software deployment, system monitoring, and service improvement. Supports end users, executives, and administrative staff; coordinates with service desks, suppliers, and infrastructure teams. Contributes to IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives, operational reporting, standardization, and automation. Requires onsite Houston work, up to 10% U.S. travel, and the ability to move 50 pounds.
