Leads HR strategy and daily HR operations for the Reading and Shalmet manufacturing sites. Oversees employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, engagement, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, and organizational development. Partners with executives and site leaders, supports change management and continuous improvement, mentors HR professionals, tracks HR KPIs, manages budgets, and drives cultural and process improvements.

Supervise manufacturing production employees in the VIM department, providing guidance, addressing performance issues, enforcing safety and company policies, and maintaining productive work areas. Plan and schedule operations, communicate with shop-floor employees, resolve concerns, support employee development, and collaborate toward department goals. The role requires manufacturing knowledge, disciplined problem-solving, organization, decision-making, communication, employee-relations, and project-management skills.

Supports assigned customer accounts by coordinating with internal departments on scheduling, inventory, pricing, forecasts, logistics, technical requirements, and contracts. Builds customer relationships, resolves account issues, maintains documentation, reviews daily activity reports, makes proactive service and sales calls, and participates in process improvement and cross-functional training.
