Develop, optimize, test, and document industrial processes from design through startup and certification. Assess processes, interpret measurements and data, perform simulations and risk assessments, and create solutions that improve production rates, quality, efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. The role also manages cost and time constraints and provides operating instructions. This is a full-time, on-site weekday position in Waggaman, Louisiana.

Develops and manages customer relationships, generates new business, responds to quote requests, presents products, consults with industrial builders, and supports pipe-support applications. The representative identifies opportunities across distribution, end-user, and industrial project accounts; trains customers; answers technical questions; attends trade shows; and travels overnight one to two nights weekly throughout a multi-state territory.

Manage multiple CAD drafting and fabrication projects from kickoff through completion. Coordinate customers, engineering, production, and fabrication teams; maintain schedules; review CAD shop drawings and BOMs; interpret piping and structural requirements; ensure AISC compliance; resolve design and production issues; lead project meetings; support drafting staff; and improve project workflows.
