Manages Caron USA accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, purchase order matching, driver pay auditing, fuel invoice processing, payment reconciliation, fuel tax administration, IFTA returns, and general office duties. The role also communicates with customers and U.S. staff, maintains records, balances fuel inventories, and ensures billing and payment deadlines are met.
