Supervises field technicians and subcontractors, manages work orders, preventive maintenance, emergency response, safety, training, quality assurance, inventory, budgets, scheduling, and customer service. Provides technical guidance for troubleshooting and repairs, coordinates resources, approves personnel hours, and supports hiring. Requires strong solar PV O&M expertise, electrical safety knowledge, and field leadership experience.

Provides technical guidance for troubleshooting and repairs, coordinates daily field activities, approves personnel hours, and maintains compliance with solar O&M best practices and electrical safety standards.

The Recruiter II manages full-cycle recruiting across departments, including sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, background checks, offers, and ATS record maintenance. The role partners with hiring managers, supports recruiting events and talent pipelines, communicates with candidates, and handles moderately complex hiring situations. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the corporate office, job sites, job fairs, or hiring events.
