Drive parts sales, consignment account setup and maintenance, deliver product support, coordinate with customers, CCMs and manufacturers, perform parts deliveries/pickups, manage warranties/cores, maintain account databases, and produce annual business plans.

Identify and qualify early-stage industrial automation opportunities across the Southeast by building relationships with economic development organizations, real estate developers, contractors, and site selectors. Monitor market signals (permits, leases, job postings, incentives), maintain CRM pipeline of 20+ qualified opportunities, hand off prospects to sales, and represent the company at events while collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.

Lead day-to-day distribution center operations (transportation, warehouse, logistics, inventory, fleet). Drive operational excellence using Lean and 5S, implement/optimize WMS/TMS and automation, improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost, develop leaders, build scalable processes, and use data-driven dashboards to improve performance.
