Supports sales of racking and non-automation material-handling solutions by analyzing requirements, conducting site surveys, designing facility layouts, preparing bills of material and quotes, coordinating vendors and departments, supporting proposals and presentations, and researching emerging warehouse solutions. The role requires frequent customer-site travel, technical coordination, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related design tools.

Supervise and perform vehicle upfit operations in a shop/warehouse, lead install technicians, conduct quality inspections, manage inventory and workflow, partner with Procurement and Fleet, develop standard work, track vehicle status, coordinate vendors, and drive process improvements to increase throughput, quality, and safety.

Manage invoicing and collections, resolve discrepancies and deductions, reconcile ledger cash accounts, research and allocate receipts, respond to AR inquiries, support audits, and collaborate with operations to resolve customer disputes while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate records.
