Develops and enforces QA policies and procedures, conducts inspections and quality tests, documents findings, meets with Regulatory/Compliance and department teams, resolves production issues, and creates training materials and manuals.

Provide administrative and data support across Customer Success, Finance, Food Science & Quality, and Operations. Prepare invoices, maintain customer and costing records, compile reports and dashboards, support month-end reconciliation, track quality and production metrics, and facilitate cross-functional communication to support manufacturing and customer service.

Lead and manage bottle room production in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring FDA/USDA/SQF/BRC compliance, meeting production schedules and KPIs, driving continuous improvement, mentoring staff, enforcing health and safety, and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues while using MS Office for reporting.

Manage assigned food-manufacturing accounts, build client relationships, drive sales growth through strategic account plans, coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and provide reporting and forecasting to optimize revenue and retention.
