Drives new business development and profitable revenue growth for an SQF-certified food co-packing manufacturer. The role prospecting, qualifies leads, manages the sales pipeline, closes opportunities, grows existing accounts, negotiates pricing, and maintains customer relationships. It coordinates with production, food science, quality, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver feasible customer solutions. Responsibilities also include order monitoring, forecasting, CRM management, customer visits, market intelligence, and ensuring commitments comply with food safety, quality, regulatory, and SQF requirements.

Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements are met. Lead, train, and coach production employees; monitor efficiency, yields, downtime, documentation, and equipment performance. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Food Science, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other teams. Manage deviations, corrective actions, audits, shift handoffs, and continuous improvement while maintaining an audit-ready, compliant production environment.

Lead and manage bottle room production in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring FDA/USDA/SQF/BRC compliance, meeting production schedules and KPIs, driving continuous improvement, mentoring staff, enforcing health and safety, and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues while using MS Office for reporting.

Develops and enforces QA policies and procedures, conducts inspections and quality tests, documents findings, meets with Regulatory/Compliance and department teams, resolves production issues, and creates training materials and manuals.
