Manage and execute sales strategy for assigned location: forecast, set goals, develop channels, support and lead sales staff, cultivate dealer and key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Oversee staffing, training, territory management, and promotional activities, working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Drive assigned routes to take presales orders, stock and merchandize customer shelves and displays, remove damaged/out‑of‑date product, forecast sales, communicate promotions and issues with sales/delivery teams, and ensure accurate order sheets for next delivery. Frequent material handling and use of pallet jacks required.
