Teams at Carnival Corporation

Supports fleet training compliance across Carnival UK and global partner crews. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, communicating risks, planning and prioritising training, analysing data, identifying gaps, improving processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also deputises for the Operations Lead and helps maintain maritime safety, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and a positive crew experience.

Provides People Services support by resolving employee lifecycle enquiries, escalating complex cases, identifying enquiry trends, maintaining knowledge resources, and delivering training on People policies and procedures. The role requires customer-focused communication, accurate handling of confidential GDPR-related information, knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR systems experience, and strong organisational skills.

Provides accurate portfolio reporting, dashboards, data models, and analytical insights for Carnival Corporate Shipbuilding’s PMO. The role consolidates data from multiple sources, supports resource and capacity planning, improves data quality, translates stakeholder requirements into reporting solutions, and identifies opportunities to automate and enhance analytical processes. It requires strong communication, attention to detail, Excel and Power BI capabilities, and an interest in applying AI to analytics.
