Lead NPI and manufacturing readiness for advanced electromechanical robotic systems. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive APQP and lean initiatives, develop and improve electronics and assembly processes, investigate and resolve quality issues, and interpret engineering drawings to ensure high-quality production.

The Embedded Software Engineer will develop and integrate software for robotics systems, troubleshoot hardware-software interactions, and document processes. Responsibilities include working with various sensors and ensuring software quality in collaboration with team members.

The Software Engineer will own cloud projects, manage AWS infrastructure, develop backend services in Python, implement security best practices, and optimize resources, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams to define, document, test, and mature robotic and autonomous system-level solutions from concept through production. Translate customer needs to technical requirements, manage schedules/tests/documentation, perform trade studies, execute test and evaluation, and provide programmatic and technical guidance to meet performance, schedule, and budget goals.

Support and maintain business applications like Jira and Costpoint, manage user tickets, ensure compliance, and document processes.

Design parts and assemblies for robotic systems using CAD (SolidWorks), create manufacturing drawings with GD&T, manage BOMs, prototype with in-house tools, support production transitions, present reports, and occasionally travel for testing.

Design and analyze mechanical systems for robotic and autonomous products across the full product lifecycle. Create CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform FEA/CFD and hand calculations, prototype and test hardware, collaborate with software/electrical teams, support production transfers, and occasionally travel for on-site testing.

Develop reliable robotic and automation systems as part of an interdisciplinary team, focusing on high-performance software, optimization, and collaboration with other departments.

Develop and implement robotics algorithms for military applications, process sensor data, design UI, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Design and integrate electrical systems for autonomous vehicles: develop requirements, select sensors and hardware, produce system-level designs and documentation, work with technicians and software teams to test, deploy, and support production and prototype autonomy solutions.

The Mechanical Engineer will develop and test robotics systems, perform engineering tasks across the product lifecycle, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
