Lead production, delivery, installation, training, and field support for ATV-S autonomy kits installed on US Army PLS trucks. Coordinate technical teams, shared resources, engineering change proposals, customer requirements, and government stakeholders across multiple autonomy projects. Provide strategic direction, manage contingencies, and establish scalable production and field-support processes.

Owns end-to-end cloud projects supporting robotics and R&D applications, including AWS architecture, infrastructure deployment, Python backend and REST API development, application administration, troubleshooting, observability, security, and performance and cost optimization. The role also scopes and prioritizes work with stakeholders, supports developers, manages cloud resources, and applies AI tooling to accelerate development and problem-solving.

Develop robotics algorithms and applications for military stakeholders, processing sensor data from cameras, RADAR, LiDAR, and IMUs. Build user interfaces, APIs, system integrations, and high-performance software in Linux environments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct unit testing and field trials, document technical designs, and present architecture to customers and stakeholders.

The Mechanical Engineer will develop and test robotics systems, perform engineering tasks across the product lifecycle, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Design parts and assemblies for robotic systems using CAD (SolidWorks), create manufacturing drawings with GD&T, manage BOMs, prototype with in-house tools, support production transitions, present reports, and occasionally travel for testing.

Design and analyze mechanical systems for robotic and autonomous products across the full product lifecycle. Create CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform FEA/CFD and hand calculations, prototype and test hardware, collaborate with software/electrical teams, support production transfers, and occasionally travel for on-site testing.

Develop reliable robotic and automation systems as part of an interdisciplinary team, focusing on high-performance software, optimization, and collaboration with other departments.

Design and integrate electrical systems for autonomous vehicles: develop requirements, select sensors and hardware, produce system-level designs and documentation, work with technicians and software teams to test, deploy, and support production and prototype autonomy solutions.
