Support corporate governance, compliance, and contract lifecycle management for a med-tech company. Manage board materials and portals, maintain compliance filings, assist with SEC and equity administration, draft/review commercial agreements, conduct legal research, and improve legal processes and records management.

Manage surgeon onboarding, training, and adoption of aprevo surgical platform across a Northeast territory. Build relationships with clinic staff, ensure required imaging and patient information, grow aprevo user base, support marketing and sales initiatives, maintain CRM and reporting, and present clinical data to drive utilization and revenue.

Support execution of brand strategy across marketing communications, digital, social, and events. Maintain sales collateral inventory and print-on-demand uploads, manage CMS/CRM platforms, post social content, send e-blasts, support event logistics and scheduling (CVENT), track engagement and vendor invoices, and assist Marcom, Product Marketing, Events, and sales leadership as needed.
