Provide first-line IT support for ~60 global users, maintain and deploy end-user devices across Windows, macOS and Linux, assist with cloud and endpoint services (Windows 365, Azure), handle account administration, monitor infrastructure, maintain documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding and process improvements.

Manage secure data transfers and access for customers, collaborators, and suppliers. Develop Python automation for bulk transfers, validate data quality, resolve transfer issues, maintain documentation, and improve processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
