Supports HR technology operations through Workday configuration, reporting, data management, integrations, security audits, troubleshooting, employee experience improvements, training, and system optimization. The role focuses on workforce management modules including HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Compensation, and Reporting, while partnering with HR teams and business leaders to enhance processes, compliance, analytics, and system adoption.

Supports digital marketing execution across social media, email, websites, webinars, and virtual events. Responsibilities include drafting and scheduling content, maintaining calendars, building and testing Pardot email campaigns, managing audience lists, tracking performance metrics, coordinating assets and timelines, supporting MLR submissions, and making basic HTML/CSS or CMS website updates.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through high-volume calling, email, and social outreach. Research prospects, assess buying readiness, schedule meetings for field sales, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and support pipeline development. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Account Executives, and Customer Success while meeting activity and pipeline KPIs. Optimize outreach messaging, handle objections, and participate in sales training.
