Supports meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup for elderly residents. Assists with menu selections, maintains sanitary dining areas, follows infection-control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards, and provides compassionate communication with residents, families, and coworkers. The role requires following instructions, teamwork, physical stamina, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and emotional resilience in a healthcare environment.

Provides psychosocial, emotional, and environmental support to retirement village residents and their families. Responsibilities include assessments, social histories, care plans, progress documentation, resident advocacy, care planning, confidentiality under HIPAA, interdisciplinary collaboration, concern resolution, and participation in trainings and meetings.
