Manage and oversee dietary operations in a skilled nursing facility: plan menus, ensure therapeutic diets per physician orders, maintain food safety and regulatory compliance, control inventory and budgets, supervise and train dietary staff, participate in surveys and QAPI, and engage residents to promote meal satisfaction.

Prepare, serve, and clean up meals for residents; maintain sanitary dining areas and follow infection control and HIPAA standards; assist residents with menu selections and provide compassionate, supportive service.

Support meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup for residents; maintain cleanliness and sanitary dining areas; assist with menu selections and resident dining needs; follow infection control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards; communicate with residents, families, and team, and participate in required training.
