Provides professional nursing care in a 12-bed cardiac critical care unit for adult patients with complex cardiac conditions. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, documentation, patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, advocacy, quality improvement, resource management, and supporting staff training. The role requires night and weekend rotations and involves caring for patients experiencing myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, arrhythmias, and cardiac arrest.

Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.
