Provide comprehensive nursing care in a neurosurgery clinic: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate age-specific care; administer treatments and medications; document in EMR; collaborate with interdisciplinary team; provide patient/family education; participate in performance improvement, staff orientation, and unit projects; serve as patient advocate and clinical resource.
