Process and perfect vehicle liens across all 50 states by reviewing and submitting titling documents, coordinating with customers, lenders, partners, and agencies, resolving rejected files, tracking workflows against SLAs, managing shipments, supporting remote signing sessions, and maintaining compliant document storage. The role requires high-volume accuracy, strong communication, independent research, computer proficiency, and onsite availability in Denver.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing and customer communications strategy across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting. Lead segmentation, personalization, experimentation, AI-enabled engagement, and product go-to-market launches. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance to improve conversion and retention. Manage lifecycle platforms, vendors, governance, deliverability, messaging, and customer insights while ensuring compliant, measurable execution.

Own Caribou’s vehicle protection business, including product attachment, revenue, pricing, partner relationships, sales initiatives, and performance analysis. Design experiments, write SQL, evaluate results, negotiate provider terms, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Enablement, and Lender Success to grow the business line.
