Teams at cargo-partner

Leads sea freight pricing and procurement for FCL and LCL products, negotiating with carriers and service providers, managing quotations, RFQs, tenders, trade lanes, and vendor performance. Oversees sea cargo operations, P&L, invoice accuracy, claims, customer escalations, and process improvements. Develops commercial strategies, monitors carrier performance, supports sales growth, and manages stakeholder relationships across customers, agents, carriers, and internal teams.

Tracks shipments, updates customers, supports sales with abnormal shipment handling, prepares monthly statements and quotations, coordinates with accounting and operations, and follows up on customer inquiries and payments.

Manage sea cargo import and export procedures, freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and customer communications. The role requires knowledge of sea logistics and forwarding operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong English communication, and at least two years of relevant experience or internship experience.
