Provides assistant-level human resources and administrative support. Requires basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and English language skills. This is an eight-month contract position.

Lead finance and controlling operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, managing a three-person accounting team and overseeing accounting, budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, and financial planning. Prepare local GAAP and IFRS-compliant statements, manage month-end close, deliver management reporting, ensure compliance, and improve business performance. Train team members on financial systems and collaborate with leadership on targets and evaluations.

Handle import and export customs clearance, issue transit documentation, prepare and submit customs declarations, resolve customs-process complaints such as tariff classification errors, and occasionally distribute customs documents. The role requires accurate work, knowledge of customs procedures and systems, communication skills, English proficiency, a valid customs representative authorization or professional examination, and a Category B driving license.
