Supports company secretarial and corporate compliance activities, including Board and Committee meeting documentation, ROC filings, statutory registers, compliance tracking, notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and Companies Act compliance. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors while maintaining accurate records and timelines.

Administers warehouse inbound and outbound orders, checks the quantity and quality of goods, documents cargo damage, issues invoices for services, and manages pallet returns and assignments. The role requires warehouse experience, MS Office proficiency, accuracy, reliability, communication skills, and teamwork.

Manage daily air-freight shipment documentation and operations, receive and process shipping orders, coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and overseas agents, arrange bookings, issue shipping orders, update shipment information and charges, and coordinate cargo pickup and customs clearance.
