Provides direct nursing care to skilled nursing facility residents, administers medications and treatments, supervises nurse aides, supports admissions and discharges, and helps manage unit operations. Ensures care follows physician orders, facility policies, and professional standards while addressing the needs of residents, families, and staff.

Provides direct care and activities of daily living support to patients and residents in a skilled nursing facility. Follows care plans, documents services in the electronic medical record, supports the nursing team, and provides feedback to individualize resident care. Requires meeting state eligibility requirements for a State Tested Nurse Aide and a sincere interest in working with elderly residents, families, and staff.
