Coordinates corporate office administration, including phone and visitor reception, meeting and event support, billing and payment processing, mail and supply handling, employee file maintenance, hiring support, document uploads, drug screening, and general administrative assistance for accounting and supervisory teams.

Oversees nursing care delivery in skilled nursing units, supporting residents, families, nurses, and aides. Responsibilities include monitoring patient care, admissions, care planning, infection control, wound care, fall prevention, documentation audits, staff education, complaint resolution, staffing support, and participation in quality teams. The manager provides clinical leadership, conducts rounds, ensures compliance with care processes, and reports facility concerns to nursing leadership.

Provides non-direct-care support in a nursing facility before completing nurse aide training. Responsibilities include answering call lights, distributing water, snacks, meals, linens, and personal items, making beds, organizing patient areas, handling laundry and waste, setting dining tables, companionship visits, and assisting with activities. The employee must complete nurse aide classes and clinical work, then pass the required licensure test within four months to become an STNA.
