Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders, coordinates with outside counsel and compliance teams, monitors legislative developments, supports policies and training, and manages legal projects. Requires a Juris Doctor, at least two years of legal experience, and active Oregon Bar membership. The role is hybrid in Portland, Oregon.

Leads and grows a customer-centered Finance organization overseeing accounting, reporting, planning, actuarial analysis, rate development, risk adjustment, revenue, and procurement. Provides strategic financial leadership for Medicaid and Medicare operations, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, investments, partnerships, and organizational planning. Advises executive leadership, manages stakeholder relationships, sponsors key initiatives, and develops high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Leads complex business analysis for enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, portfolio intake and governance, business case development, process improvement, risk and dependency analysis, value realization, stakeholder facilitation, solution validation, implementation readiness, documentation standards, and mentoring analysts. The role supports executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment across regulated healthcare operations.
