Perform senior-level accounting including GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support treasury, revenue (Medicaid/Medicare), payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany eliminations, contract invoicing, audits, and month-end close. Prepare reports, respond to regulatory inquiries, assist audits, train staff, and identify process improvements. Hybrid role based in Portland metro.

Coordinate and track incoming/outgoing mail and scanning jobs, maintain inventory and intranet site, support vendors, improve mailroom processes, assist with bulk mailings and provide backup coverage for mailroom functions during a 9-month onsite temporary assignment.

Lead finance process design and improvement efforts, track capabilities and skill gaps, evaluate and implement finance technologies and automation, manage transformation projects, create training materials, and support cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful adoption of new financial systems.
