Provide one-on-one nonmedical care to seniors, including companionship, emotional support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, safe transfers, transportation, and safety monitoring. Caregivers must communicate clearly, follow care plans, meet physical requirements, pass a background check, maintain reliable transportation, complete a TB test, and demonstrate punctuality and dependability.

Lead and execute referral-driven growth across Southeast Michigan by bringing an active book of business, designing and running business development and marketing strategy, converting referrals into client starts, setting territory KPIs, representing the company at events, and mentoring future BD staff. Requires hands-on field sales and strategic planning, with availability evenings and weekends.
