Teams at Careology

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll provide support to US clinical teams using the Careology platform, triaging issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain full‑stack features using Node.js/TypeScript and React. Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies, pair program, perform code reviews, monitor production systems, address security/performance issues, and deliver product demos.
